Candy Chat is a free dating app founded on respect, equality, and inclusion. You can find dates, make friends, and meet new people the way you've always done — but on Candy Chat, women always make the first move. We’re your tour guide through the strange landscape of another’s heart and mind. We use personality psychology to help you find dates and friends that'll effortlessly love, appreciate, and understand you for who you naturally are.
I changed my mind. So five star it goes. They're respectful enough to care and respond. And they keep updating and adding new features. I like the ux/ui design of Candy Chat but even when you pay and you want to adjust advance filters, you have some choices to choose in filtering about children situation but there's no option to choose "don't have & don't want". Also dating takes a long time so you might end up paying too much or give up.
Most aspects of the app are more convenient and the other dating apps I am using, both with and without the subscription features. However, BFF mode will only let me see other guys, and no girls, as if people are incapable of having a platonic relationship on any kind with people that include people of the gender(s) that you are attracted to. I've always had more female friends than male friends (nothing to do with dating, as I've only ever had one relationship ever), so this is really annoying.
I've used this app on and off throughout the last few years and I have no clue what other people are mad about I've had ZERO issues and I was also surprised to see it's only rated a 4, like it's a decent app. I honestly feel that all the people commenting negative reviews on here just don't know how to navigate the app. Like it's a straight forward and fairly easy app to use/navigate
